Hy,
I read somewhere that portal.php is vulnerable at xss atack it is true ? If yes where I can download a good version with no problems.

There's no such known vulnerability within the latest version of MyBB. If there was it would be patched within hours.

To my knowledge the ProPortal plugin is safe to use. I haven't seen any reports regarding its security.
